This Looks So GOOD!

I ran across a reference to a new restaurant in Queens (NY) called Salt & Fat.  They have Oxtail terrine on the menu (described as a meat brownie or a carnivore's answer to sticky toffee pudding).  If you have never had oxtail you should try it sometime--it is delicious--so much flavor.
