FatHead

I love this guy!  Not only is he educational, but he does it in such an entertaining way.  If you haven't seen his movie FatHead (available for free on Hulu and also can be streamed to your TV if you subscribe to Netflix), you need to check it out.  His most recent video (a speech he gave on a recent low-carb cruise), Science for Smart People, is really great also.  I finally 'got' why he uses the term 'fathead'--it is because our brains are approximately 70% fat!  Who says fat isn't good for you?
